A special focus will be given to the current medical care in Ukraine and war zones worldwide, with invited speakers representing each country and their respective military and civilian medical services.

Abstract Submission

SUBMITTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY REQUIRED CLEARANCES BEFORE THE PRESENTATION OF ANY DATA

  • Work describing pre-clinical or clinical research work accepted.
  • Abstracts that only provide descriptive or narrative discussion with no results will not be considered.
  • Work presented at local, state, and regional meetings is eligible for submission.
  • All accepted presenters are required to register for the meeting to present.

During submission, submitters must identify if they are submitting for consideration of oral presentation only, poster presentation only, or both. If you submit it for both, first consideration will be given to the oral presentation; if the submitted abstract does not merit an oral presentation, it will be automatically considered for poster presentation.

Abstracts are limited to 300 words. All abstracts should be structured as follows:

  • Sources of Funding*

*Do not count towards the word count.

Students/Non-Physicians/Postdoc: $250 includes one gala dinner ticket
